• We MUST have a paper copy of your horse's Coggins report that we can keep. Viewing it on your phone will not suffice

• Two waivers must be signed, one for RideFauquier and one for Great Meadow. They are attached here

• Children under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign the waivers. If the child is coming to the ride with someone else, please have the parent or guardian sign the waivers ahead of time

• All riders must wear a helmet

• Do not unload your horse until you have checked in at registration, signed the waivers, and left a copy of your Coggins report. We will be spot checking horses to make sure the Coggins is for the correct horse

• At registration, we will be issuing numbers to be worn on the ride. This will help us make sure that everyone has registered before riding out
